We do require submissions to be made no later than 48 hours prior to the event, and you must provide the order number for the customer's purchased ticket on the form so make sure to book their ticket first.

Our team is committed to ensuring that your trip to our events is an unforgettable and an accessible experience. ​At Bolt Events, your comfort and enjoyment are our top priority. We offer one free entry ticket to a carer when accompanying an attendee who has purchased a full price ticket, who requires additional assistance. Please note the paid ticket should be in the customer's name, NOT the carer's name. Accepted documents: DLA, PIP, Blue Badge (both sides required) or Access Card in the attendee's name.
