Exhibiting at BOlt Events
Exhibitors are a huge part of our Comic Cons, and we intend to make sure the events are fun for you to trade at, and also as successful as possible for both ourselves and you guys! Full list of current events are at the bottom of this page
To assist with the above, we can confirm:
– We offer low prices for exhibitors to trade, with costs for a 6' x 6' pitch between £55-£90+VAT per main table with a chair provided (price option dependant on venue).
– £20+VAT per backing table (Please book in advance or bring your own for free).
– We only charge a £20 deposit per table you book to secure your space. Your balance can be paid in advance or on the day.
- Wristbands for entry are allocated as follows; 1 front table = 2 wristbands (so that you can always bring someone to cover you), 2 front tables = 2 wristbands, 3 front tables = 3 wristbands and so on.
– Flat loading and plenty of parking at all venues unless we specifically say otherwise. Banbury and Daventry parking are not attached to venue. Any parking charges will be outlined in the exhibitor setup email where we have been notified in advance by venues.
– Personal service at all times – It will always be Zoe who will take your booking for your tables.
– At least 2 foot access guaranteed on one side of your stand, in order to have easy access to get in and out.
– No corner tables on centre rows obscuring one another.
– 2.5 hours to set up. We do require all traders to have checked in by 30 minutes prior to event opening time - anyone running late please get in touch as we will not permit unloading once the event is open. For individual event opening hours, please see website pages.
– Finish at 4pm so you can be home for tea!

How To Book A Table / Stand:
If you wish to book into one of our events then please fill out the below booking form. We will then come back to you with confirmation and to arrange deposit.
When booking you only need to pay a deposit of £20 per table for each event booking, with the balance payable at the event. This can be done by Paypal, credit / debit card or bank transfer. Of course, if you would like to make full payment on booking that is also very welcome!
